Doug will tour and evaluate the subject property to assess the condition and overall marketability. We will then utilize our extensive network of resources, market knowledge, and key contacts to canvas the market and determine the highest possible values that the market can bear.

Doug and the Vector team utilize a variety of methods to effectively market a property, including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Creation and distribution of marketing flyers and other marketing collateral

  • Posting on various online listing services, including LoopNet.comCo-StarFGCAR Commercial Information Exchange, along with city and county economic development sites

  • Property signage

  • Feature on the Vector website

  • Direct marketing to targeted prospects

  • Mass email to prospects and local brokerage community

  • Regular broker pitch sessions

Coordinate Due Diligence & Closing

​

Doug and the Vector team will coordinate property access and inspections on your behalf during the due diligence process. We will ensure the buyer completes their due diligence in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary closing delay’s and will work with all involved parties to successfully coordinate the closing of the transaction.
